POSTAGE OUTSIDE OF ENGLAND

Shipping costs of all orders outside of the United Kingdom will be determined and charged to the customer only after an e-mail acceptance has been received, the order can be cancelled at any stage before dispatch.

POSTAGE WITHIN ENGLAND, SCOTLAND AND WALES

Spend £30 or more postage & packing free of charge, spend £29.99 or less and postage & packing £3.95.

DEBITING

Your account will be debited at the time of placing your order.

PAYMENT

We only accept forms of payment as set out in Paypal & Sage Pay terms and conditions.

BACKORDERS

If an item is not available in stock for dispatch, this item will be placed on back order, you will then be informed by e-mail with an approximate dispatch time. The order can be cancelled at any stage before dispatch, and your payment credited to you.

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt of your order and payment details.

RETURNS

The customers may return any order within 14 days of delivery, the items must be returned to Caithness Crystal (King’s Lynn) Ltd, 9-12 Paxman Road, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 4NE. All costs for returns are at the customer’s expense. The products must be returned undamaged, and in the original packaging.

DELIVERY

All goods must be opened at the time of delivery and the signed for with any damage marked clearly on the delivery paperwork, or clearly mark the paperwork as unchecked, no credit or replacement of goods can be considered with out the above.
